Giveaway promises not honoured by LuckyFun founder
Giveaway complaints span two weeks but no new reports since mid-June
Multiple users on social media have accused LuckyFun's founder, @alexchenn, of failing to honor giveaway promises. One player publicly called him a 'habitual liar' after a promised $200 payout to ten winners never materialized, while another labeled a score prediction contest a 'scam' after their correct prediction went unpaid. These complaints, along with a separate issue where a freebet placed at lower odds than required was not counted toward wagering requirements, paint a pattern of promotional mechanics that left players frustrated and out of pocket.
The volume of complaints spiked over two weeks but has gone quiet since mid-June — a silence that could mean the issues were resolved behind the scenes, or that players simply gave up. For anyone considering trusting LuckyFun, the lack of a clear public resolution from the founder raises questions about whether promotional promises are reliably backed. Until a transparent explanation or restitution is shared, these unfulfilled giveaways remain a red flag for potential players.
