Jakz is a crypto casino radar that quantifies real player voice. We track what players are actually saying about casinos on X, Discord and Telegram, and turn that signal into a single confidence score — updated daily.
What does the Player Confidence score mean?
The score (0–100%) represents the overall positive sentiment and engagement from real players about a casino over the tracked period. A higher score means more players are expressing trust, satisfaction, and positive experiences. It is not a paid ranking.
Where does the data come from?
We monitor public posts, threads, and discussions on X (formerly Twitter), Discord servers, and Telegram channels. We do not use paid reviews, affiliate placements, or operator-supplied content.
How often are scores updated?
Scores are recalculated daily based on the latest player activity. The 24h movement indicator shows how much a score has changed in the last 24 hours.
Are any casinos paying to appear on Jakz?
No. Casinos cannot pay to be listed, ranked higher, or have their scores adjusted. Every score is derived purely from real player voice.
What are Key Signals?
Key Signals are the recurring themes we detect in player conversations — things like withdrawal issues, bonus complaints, great support, or fast payouts. They give you a quick read on what players are actually talking about.
What does 24h movement mean?
The 24h movement (▲/▼/▬) shows how a casino's confidence score has changed over the past 24 hours. A rising score means player sentiment is improving; a falling score means something may have gone wrong recently.
