Lossback Rates Changed Without Notice — Players Call Foul
Lossback dispute explodes as multiple players corroborate hidden rate changes and opaque game-weighting
The dispute ignited on July 1 when CasinosExposed posted a screenshot accusing Winna of being the only casino in the world that says lossback depends on the games you are playing and not your actual losses. The post reached 4,771 impressions with 15 likes and 12 replies. CasinosExposed followed up the same day calling it a dogshit scam and invoked Winna's Heybets exit history.
By July 2, the thread had drawn corroborating voices from multiple independent accounts. pimpquinsnoop described losing a $10K win without withdrawing — Winna still counted him as in profit and denied lossback. CasinoGirly420 said she signed up under an agreed 15% lossback that was changed to 10% or dynamic without any communication. BeCoolMandy, who said she likes Winna and does not think they are a scam, called the new lossback changes bizarre and confusing, adding that many players only discovered their rate had changed after losing.
IggyBank raised a separate but related grievance: he wagered $1.4 million on a VIP transfer bonus where originals receive only 25% credit toward wagering requirements. He hit 71% progress before Winna implemented a deadline and said the platform lacked integrity.
The community reaction was not uniformly hostile. Drunk_ defended Winna, arguing that no casino offers 20% lossback to random players who only play house games. Several neutral voices — including harrycolquhoun_, sourblock_, and Krim — pointed out that weighted wager and dynamic lossback are standard industry practices because expected value varies by game. But these technical defenses did not address the core player complaint: rates were changed without prior notice.
Winna has not responded publicly to the dispute thread. Paul, nickwinna, and bennettwinna were all tagged multiple times with no reply. The silence continues a pattern flagged in prior Jakz assessments where player complaints receive no team engagement.
This is winna casino. The only casino in the world that says lossback depends on the games you are playing and not your actual losses. @Winna Sort it out you scruffy cunts @bennettwinna https://t.co/dEAChKqzyd
@Winna @bennettwinna its actually just such a dogshit scam its beyond a joke, please exit scam again like you did with heybets and your NFT rugpull.
@CasinosExposed @Winna @bennettwinna I signed up under them on an agreed 15% lossback. Without communication they changed it to 10%/dynamic.
@Drunk_ @CasinosExposed @Winna @bennettwinna I like Winna and they are not a scam. That being said, the new changes to lossback are bizarre to say the least. They also came out of nowhere, and many of us are confused and upset because we didn’t find out that our rate had changed until after losing. I do not know of one
@Drunk_ @CasinosExposed @Winna @bennettwinna On a unrelated topic, I had wagered 1.4m on my VIP transfer bonus of $3750 for 500k. Since originals only receive 25% credit on the vip transfer bonus, I managed to get 71% before y'all implemented a deadline. I followed through on my end whereas y'all continue lacking integrity.

@CasinosExposed @Winna @bennettwinna Yup these scammers did the same to me. Except that if you win $10K and lose it and dont withdraw it either, they still consider the $10K win as profit and then you dont get lossback 🤡🤡🤡🤡
