Been seeing more and more people talk about @Winna lately, so I figured I should make a post about it before more people get burned from this IMPENDING EXIT SCAM.‼️ As of today (May 14th, 2026), their gaming license has apparently been expired for about a week already - since May 8th. From what I’ve read regarding the Tobique Gaming Commission rules, they are NOT SUPPOSED to continue accepting players or processing payments while unlicensed. (note image attachments) Yet Winna is still fully operating. That alone should already make people cautious. But what makes it worse is the amount of complaints that have risen sharply these days regarding (note image attachments): - irregular losing patterns - sudden KYC requests only AFTER someone wins decent money - accounts getting restricted and funds getting frozen once they become profitable The other thing people should pay attention to is their “provably fair” setup. A lot of crypto casinos nowadays either open source parts of their system or at least make the verification process transparent enough that people can actually audit it properly. Winna does not seem to do that. They have been caught manipulating results in Plinko in the past, and after another user decided to investigate this further they came to conclusion that Winna is by no means using a true provably fair system in their games. (note X link) https://t.co/xNiz3uvJbC It just seems to me like, when you combine: 1) expired licensing, 2) increased reports of selective KYC and blocking of withdrawals, 3) a shady gamework structure..... it's enough red flags to raise genuine concern regarding this casino, and what they might be up to.

@hamedst131 @paulwinnacom @Drunk_ @Winna they're performing an exit scam since they've lost their license (you can check it's pending in the validator in their footer). There are dozens of cases like this in the last couple weeks. Check reviews on Truspilot. SCAMMERS @Winna

@TheTrueBlueB @Winna I lost several thousand when duelbits had expired a long time ago. I found it very suspicious and expected an exit scam but miraculously they didn’t.. but what I’m wondering is how in the hell is this legal & if it isn’t why aren’t people attempting legal action?

License expired May 8, still no renewal — 19 days operating illegally with mounting complaints

TheTrueBlueB posted a viral thread on May 14 detailing that Winna's Tobique Gaming Commission license expired May 8 and they are legally prohibited from accepting players or processing payments while unlicensed. Multiple users confirmed account blocks and fund confiscations: Hei-Mao lost $1000+, hamedst131 had a $1280 withdrawal fail with money disappearing, and soltazer had $5K stuck for 3 weeks. Tyche's Shadow explicitly labels it an exit scam. The community is warning players to withdraw immediately.
