They have been doing this for years. I know a guy who was playing on Rollbit daily back in 2023. He would lose a lot there, and was playing on a VPN too. One day he ran up $30 to $30k and all of a sudden they banned him for this same reason. He threatened lawyers and got his money back then, seems they don't care anymore.

There are countless stories on the timeline and in my DMs of Rollbit using the supremely disgusting "heads I win, tails you lose" strategy, where a user from a "prohibited jurisdiction" is allowed to deposit and lose money just fine, but the moment they win a large amount, the balance is seized. Rollbit often has employees and streamers in these prohibited jurisdictions, and no problems there... But when it's time to let a player withdraw their winnings, it's used as an excuse to do a full balance seizure (this is not legally required in any way - check if Stake/Shuffle/Duel ever do this. The answer is no.) They taunt you at the end with "you can sue us in Curacao" knowing well that lawsuits in Curacao cost tens of thousands to even begin and never go anywhere. If you play on Rollbit, prepare for your funds to be locked in a similar manner. It is disgusting, but it's the reality, and very little can be done legally after your money is lost. The best option is to move to an actually legit casino like Stake. Changes need to be made so that the owners of these Curacao shells can be made personally liable for the fraudulent tactics they use to unfairly seize user funds. This isn't something that should just disappear away into the night, which is what happens with 99% of crypto scams. Selective scamming on such a large scale demands personal responsibility from the UBOs.
